I stayed at a beautiful hostel located along the Camino Frances Way. The room had 22 beds, each with blinds for privacy, comfortable mattresses, and pillows. The renovated bathrooms were modern and had hot showers. I appreciated the equipped kitchen on the third floor, even though it was lacking spoons and bowls. The hostel is conveniently located next to a panaderia, where I could enjoy a meal without going into town. The rooms were air-conditioned and had dividers for added privacy. I had a comfortable stay at Albergue Valin Lama and would recommend it.
One drawback was that the hostel is a bit outside the city center, making it less convenient for meeting up with friends in the evening. Additionally, the shower had a push knob that only lasted about 5 seconds, which made it difficult to shower properly.

I recently stayed at Albergue Valin Lama for one night as I was starting the Camino the next day. The location was perfect for this purpose and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The added touch of two curtains on the side ensured complete privacy and darkness for a peaceful sleep. Additionally, the facility was modern and impeccably clean, making for a pleasant stay. The presence of a cafeteria downstairs was convenient for getting food at reasonable prices. Furthermore, the staff were outstanding and the adjacent restaurant served delicious meals. I highly recommend this place for a great start to the Camino journey.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a room with 22 beds and each bed had blinds to block out light. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. Each traveler is given a towel and blanket. The Albergue had a lovely kitchen on the third floor equipped with a stove and sink, and pots, pans, knives, and forks. The bathrooms are renovated and modern with hot showers. The facility was amazing! This was one of the nicest albergues we stayed in while doing the Camino. The beds were comfortable, clean sheets, blanket, towel, and a nice storage locker. The restaurant beside/attached provided amazing food. Highly recommend this on the Camino. Everything looked clean, and it is located next door to a panaderia. We were able to eat and drink there without having to go to town. I liked that the rooms were air-conditioned and the bunks had dividers to give pilgrims privacy.
The property is about half a mile outside of town, which made it difficult to meet up with friends in the evening. The shower had a push knob that only lasted about 5 seconds, making it difficult to shower properly.

I stayed at a fantastic albergue while doing the Camino and it was one of the best ones I've experienced. The facility was amazing, with comfortable beds and clean sheets, blankets, and towels provided. I also loved the nice storage lockers and the privacy provided by the bunks with dividers. The staff at the albergue were outstanding, and there was an attached restaurant that served amazing food. It was a great place to start the Camino, with a convenient location next to a bakery where you could get food and drink without having to go to town. highly recommended.
Nothing, it was all excellent. 👍

We had a great stay at Albergue Valin Lama. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the curtains provided full privacy and darkness for a peaceful night's sleep. The location, though not in the center, was perfect for starting the Camino the next day. The on-site cafeteria offered affordable and delicious food, making it convenient for meals. The renovated bathrooms were modern and the showers had hot water. we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the kitchen lacking utensils and the WiFi being unreliable in the dorms, these did not significantly impact our overall experience.
